If you would like to use Commerzbank's HBCI access, you can apply for the credentials from the Commerzbank as described here:

You will find the HBCI Integration in the Outbank App by searching for the 'Bankleitzahl' (BLZ from your Commerzbank. 

If you cannot connect with the HBCI Interface you can use the Integration 'Commerzbank (Web)'.
In this Integration the data is fetched via Screenscraping directly from the website.
