If you closed one of your accounts at the bank, it can no longer be found in Outbank.
In Outbank you will see the error message "The account was not found, should it be deactivated?"

Please confirm this message with 'OK', the account will then be disconnected.
You will see the closed account including all transactions grayed out at the end of your account list.
