I'm using Multibanking from Commerzbank - why are the accounts from the other banks disconnected in Outbank?

The Multibank feature from Commerzbank is not supported in Outbank. 

If you have accounts from other banks in your Commerzbank login, these accounts will be disconnected in Outbank.

To see these banks in Outbank please use the regular login for the respective bank.

To avoid double accounts in Outbank (one in "disconnected accounts" for the Commerzbank Multibanking and the other in the "normal" accounts), please hide the affected accounts in the Commerzbank credentials: 

  • iOS: 'Accounts' > ' select account' > 'Dropdown besides  the account name' > 'Hide this account'
  • macOS: 'select the account in the list of accounts' > 'click on the account name above the transaction list' > ‘Details and Settings’ > ‘Settings’ > 'Hide this account' > ’Checkmark’
  • Android and Windows 11 / Amazon FireOS: 'Accounts' > 'select the account' > 'click on the three dots besides the account name' > 'Settings' > 'Hide this account'
