If you use PayPal with a PayPal Security Key, you will temporarily have to deactivate it for setting up the account. Afterwards, you can easily reactivate it.
Please, proceed as follows:
A) Old PayPal design:
1. Log into your PayPal account.
2. Go to 'My Profile'.
3. Then choose 'PayPal Security Key'
4. If the status of the mobile number provided is 'Active', select it and click on 'Deactivate'.
5. Confirm deactivation of your Security Key by clicking on 'Deactivate Security Key'.
B) New PayPal design:
1. Log into your PayPal account.
2. Click on the setting symbol in the top right corner and then on 'Security'.
3. Click on 'Update' next to 'Security Key'.
4. If the status of the mobile number provided is 'Active', select it and click on 'Deactivate'.
5. Confirm deactivation of your Security Key by clicking on 'Deactivate Security Key'.
Now, synchronize your PayPal account in Outbank:
'Menu' > 'Settings' > 'Select credential' > 'Update configuration'
Once the synchronization is complete, you may reactivate the security key.
