PSD Bank: The mobile TAN Method will be stopped on 01.07.2022. How can I activate my new TAN method in Outbank?

The PSD banks will stopp supporting the mobile TAN method from 01.07.2022. All affected customers have to switch to SecureGo plus or the Sm@rt-TAN plus method (incl. Sm@rt-TAN photo).

To activate your new TAN method in Outbank, please make sure, that the bank already enabled it for HBCI / FinTS.

Afterwards please update the configuration in the settings:
'Settings' > select the bank credentials > 'Update configuration'
