For Revolut you receive a security code when adding your credentials or refreshing your account. 

This code is sent via E-Mai from Revolut, because Revolut automatically starts the Login with E-Mail.

But the Outbank App uses the Revolut App for the authentication, therefore you can ignore the E-Mail from Revolut.
