If this error message occurs, Outbank is blocked in your online banking. To solve the error, please log in to online banking on the website of your Sparkasse.
Then go to 'Service'> 'Personal Settings'> 'Account Access'.
There you can give Outbank access to the HBCI / FinTS interface.
Then synchronize the existing bank access in Outbank as follows:
'Settings'> 'Access data'> 'Select access'> 'Update access profile'.
