The message "Registration data is invalid (9942). Dialog canceled (9800). Order rejected (9030)" is not generated by OutBank, but by the FinTS server of the Volk- und Raiffeisenbanken.
To solve the problem, open the settings of your app and check in the details of the bank access whether the VR-Netkey or the VR-ID has been stored.
If you have set up access with your VR ID, save your VR Netkey and then synchronize the access again.
