To understand why your app crashes, we need the so-called “crash log” from your iOS device. This log file contains information about the crash reason.
You can find the crash logs on your iOS device and you can also send them from there:
Open the iOS Settings > Privacy > Analytics > Analytics data
The crash report files should start with Outbank_ and the date on which they were created. They end in .crash or .ips.
