First make sure the fingerprint login is activated in the settings of your device.

Open Outbank and the quick registration via fingerprint in the login screen:

Touch the fingerprint icon> Enter the App password

Or

Activate the fingerprint login in the settings of the app:

Settings > Fingerprint: ON > Enter App password
