If you don't want to see the 'All Transactions' row at the top of the account list, you can hide it using the display settings:
'Settings' > 'Appearance' > 'Account list' > 'Hide All transactions'

If you group your accounts by themes – for example, personal accounts and business accounts – you will see the total sums of each account group in the account overview.

Tip: If you prefer to have the unread transactions at the top of the account list instead of 'All Transactions', activate the 'Unread Filter' in the 'All Transactions' list.
