This feature is designed for virtual keyboards that you install as apps on your iOS device, such as Google’s "Gboard" app, rather than physical keyboards connected to your iOS device.

If you use a third-party keyboard app on your iOS device, you can enable the feature for Outbank as follows: 'Settings' > 'Security' > 'Third-Party Keyboards' > Toggle: ON
