Please proceed as follows to exclude a category from the reports:

• iOS and Android Version:
  'Settings' > 'Categories & Rules' > select the category > 'Edit' > Turn off the switch at 'Include in Reporting'

• macOS-Version:
  'Options' or 'Settings' > 'Categories & Rules' > select the category > click right on the category line > 'Edit' > disable checkmark at Include in Reporting'
