If you want to request money from friends or customers, simply follow these steps:

1. Make sure you have accounts added that are eligible for payments and have an IBAN. This feature is only available if those requirements are met.
2. On iOS and Android, tap on the ‘+’ button and select ‘Request Money’. If you're using the macOS app, go to ‘Options’ > ‘Request Money’.
3. Enter the amount you want to receive from your recipient.
4. Choose the account where the money should be transferred.
5. Use the ‘Share’ button to send the request through your preferred channel.
6. Send the text containing the QR code and transfer link to the recipient. The text is  editable.

Please note: By default, only the Outbank app can scan QR codes created with Outbank.

Business Feature

Users with a Business subscription can activate the EU Standard EPC QR code under 'Settings' > 'Business Features'. Enabling this function allows their customers to scan the QR code with their preferred banking apps and directly settle invoices.
