You can cancel your subscription any time at least one day before the renewal date in the app store where you purchased the subscription.

If you cancel a subscription you can use Outbank for the paid time period. 

Cancel the subscription on an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch: 

1. Open the App Store-App. 
2. Tap on your profile picture in the upper right corner and then on 'Subscriptions'
3. Tap on the Outbank-Subscription. 
4. Tap on  ‘Cancel Subscription’ and confirm.

Cancel the subscription on a Mac: 

1. Open the App Store-App. 
2. Click on 'Sign In' or your name in the side menu. 
3. Click on 'Show Information' above. Maybe you have to sign in. 
4. Scroll to 'Subscriptions' and then click on 'Manage'.
5. Click on ‘Manage’ besides the Outbank-Subscription. 
6. Click on ‘Cancel Subscription’ and confirm.

Cancel the subscription on Android: 

1. Open the Google Play Store App. 
2. Tap on your profile in the upper right corner.
3. Tap on ‘Payments & Subscriptions’ > Subscriptions. 
4. Select Outbank in the active subscriptions. 
5. Tap on ‘Cancel Subscription’ and follow the steps.

If you tap on 'Cancel Subscription' in the Outbank Settings > Subscription Details you will be forwarded directly to the App Store.

Cancel the subscription on Windows 11 / Amazon FireOS : 

1. Open the Amazon Appstore App.
2. Tap on ‘Subscriptions’.
3. Select Outbank in the active subscriptions. 
4. Tap on ‘Cancel Subscription’ and follow the steps.

If you tap on 'Cancel Subscription' in the Outbank Settings > Subscription Details you will be forwarded directly to the App Store.
