How can I add my C24 Account in Outbank?

To add your C24 Login in Outbank please proceed as follows:

  1. Search for C24 in the List of supported Banks, select the Bank and tap on 'Connect'
  2. You will see a QR-Code for the Authentication.
    To scan this Code the C24 App needs to be installed on a second Device.
    - If you have an Apple Watch or a Smart Watch you can display the QR-Code on your Watch and then scan it with the C24 App on your Smartphone.
    - If you don't have an Apple Watch or Smart Watch, please make a Screenshot from the QR-Code and leave Outbank with the opened QR-Code on the Screen. Send the Screenshot to another Device (e.g. iPad) and open the Screenshot there. 
  3. Start the C24 App on your Smartphone. After the Login tap on 'More' down right in the Tabbar and then on 'Online Banking' in the upper left Corner (this is shown at ''Account Features / My Account').
    The In-App-Camera will be started to scan the QR-Code.
    If you see the Hint "Never scan a QR-Code from another Site then banking.c24.de" please confirm with 'OK'.
  4. Scan the Screenshot from Point 2. from your Apple Watch / Smart Watch or the  other Device (iPad). A 6-digit TAN will be generated. 
  5. Go back to Outbank. The Screen with the QR-Code will still be shown.
    Tap on the blue 'OK'-Button underneath it and enter the TAN. Confirm with 'OK'. Then your Accounts should be found and visible in Outbank.
