Yes, your subscription will renew automatically: either monthly or yearly. 

You can cancel your subscription in the App Store or also change the subscription (e.g. from monthly to yearly) at least one day before it ends:
Open Outbank settings >  Subscription Details > Manage Subscription > Outbank will forward you to your App Store.
