Due to changes on the Renault Bank side, the two-factor authentication is required for each account refresh through the Outbank app.

Tip: To save time and still ensure you don’t miss any important account changes, adjust the account refresh interval for your Renault Bank accounts. To do so, simply go to ‘Settings’ > ‘ Refresh Accounts’ and choose an appropriate interval, such as once a week.
The interval settings apply to app-start updates, automatic background refreshes, as well as manual and automatic account refreshes. Of course, you can always update your credit card accounts account manually whenever you have time for the two-factor authentication.
