How can I add my Deutsche Bank Credentials in Outbank?

You need the following  data to synchronize your Deutsche Bank Login with Outbank:

  • Benutzerkennung: 3 digits branch number (z.B. 555) + 7 digits main account number (z.B. 1234567) + 2 digits sub account number (e.g. 00) 
  • PIN (not longer then 5 digits)

Please use the same login data you use for the online banking login on the website.

Important:
The transmission path "HBCI with PIN / TAN" (HBCI +) must be activated on the bank's online banking website ('Services' > 'Online SelfServices' > 'TelefonBanking PIN bestellen und HBCI+ Freischaltung') before the first synchronization.
If this does not help, please contact your bank directly and have your accounts fully activated for the HBCI system or "FinTS with PIN / TAN".
